Services Provided
CarRentals2Go acts as an intermediary, connecting customers with local car rental providers in Curaçao. We facilitate the reservation process but do not own or operate any rental vehicles. CarRentals2Go’s responsibilities are limited to booking management and provider selection.
Booking Process
Request Submission: Customers submit rental requests through our platform, providing necessary details such as rental dates, vehicle preferences, and contact information.
Reservation Confirmation: Upon receiving a request, we coordinate with our network of trusted car rental providers to secure a reservation that best fits the customer’s needs.
Communication: All communications regarding the reservation, including confirmations and updates, will be handled by CarRentals2Go on behalf of the customer.
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process: CarRentals2Go manages all booking-related communication and coordination on your behalf. Once your reservation is confirmed, we provide you with the details of the selected car rental provider.
Payment: All payments are subject to the policies of the chosen car rental provider. CarRentals2Go will facilitate initial booking arrangements, and any further payments can be managed directly with the provider upon receiving the vehicle.
Handover and Communication with Provider
Vehicle Handover: Once the vehicle is handed over to you by the car rental provider, all further communication regarding the car’s condition, usage, and any additional payments can be handled directly with the provider.
CarRentals2Go remains responsible only for managing the initial booking process, ensuring you’re matched with a trusted local provider that meets your requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Compliance: Customers must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the car rental provider, including but not limited to, age requirements, driving licenses, and insurance coverage.
Liability
Intermediary Role: As an intermediary, CarRentals2Go is not liable for any issues arising from the rental agreement between the customer and the car rental provider, including vehicle condition, service quality, or disputes.
Limitation of Liability: CarRentals2Go’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to these practices.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Curaçao.
Amendments
CarRentals2Go reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
